  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 days from the date on which You purchased the Services.

Due to the digital nature of our Services (UI kits), refunds will be granted at our sole discretion. We generally offer refunds if:

  • The Service is significantly not as described.
  • The Service is non-functional or defective and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if:

  • You have downloaded the Service.
  • The request for a refund is made after the 15-day cancellation period.
  • You have violated our Terms and Conditions.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise specified, certain promotional offers or discounted Services may not be eligible for refunds.
